Thanks for your feedback. We listened, and you've helped make Askville an even better community. You may have already noticed our latest release allows the community to easily suggest new categories to our ever growing category tree.
You can now suggest new categories when you post a question. This is a feature that came directly from one of our community members who was having difficulty finding just the right category for their question. When you can't find the appropriate category just click on the 'suggest category' link and submit your suggestion. We'll review each suggestion manually and if we agree we'll add it to our tree. It's that simple.
Dig deep into our tree and build out an entire branch. Another great suggestion was to show the community what the entire category tree looks like. Duh, why didn't we think of that? When you get a chance, check out the Category Suggestion Page and feel free to correct, relocate or submit new categories where ever you feel it's appropriate.
